CARE
My ceramics are made with 100% non-toxic stoneware clay and glazed with 100% lead-free glazes. Fired to mid-range temperature (2232 degrees F), it is very durable. However, with any sort of hand-painted or carved or decorative details, I recommend hand washing.

PROCESS
- Hand built using hand-rolled slabs of clay
- Hand-trimmed, carved, or decorated
- Dried very slowly to prepare for bisque fire
- Some pieces are underglaze painted before or after bisque firing
- Hand-glazed (brushed or dipped) to keep the uniqueness of the piece
- Finally, glaze fired so the piece is fully vitrified

ABOUT YOUR PIECE
My pottery is not made from molds, nor is it mass-produced. Because of this, there will be some slight imperfections and/or differences in multiple pieces and no two pieces will ever look the same. This is the beauty of handmade pottery - character and charm you can't find in mass produced products.
